ANALISIS PERMINTAAN INTERNET SPEEDY PT. TELKOM DI KOTA SEMARANG
The objectives of the research is to find out the influence of consumer caracteristic to relationship with economic factor (income) and social factor (education, jobs, and age) in Semarang. According to the method of research, the type of research is survey research. Collecting data method using questionnaire and library method. Samples were taken from customer speedy internet service by using random sampling method. The number of customer taken as samples amount 100 people. Multiple Regression Analysis was used to find out the influence of income, education, jobs, and age to speedy internet services in Semarang. The result of data analyze are two variable are income and education have the positive significant influence, one variable is job have positive influence but not significant. Age variable have negative influence and significant to demand of speedy internet services in Semarang. Four variables was chosed can explain variation model to to speedy internet services in Semarang.
