Abstract

Consumer's behavior is an action directly involved in obtaining, consuming, exhausting product and service. The research on the consumer's motivation and behavior gets an importance in contemporary society throughout the world. The primary importance of company, consumer's economy, and etc is to get a more effective strategy for affecting and shaping that behavior. The key elements of definition are interaction between the customer and supplier, and each party gives a valuable thing to another for the sake of fulfilling their needs.
